First step - download the Target APP - DO NOT rely on alerts to your email from their website Second step - set up an account, I highly suggest signing up for a Target Red Card and a My Target account (I believe that’s the name, it’s the rewards program) the red card will save you 5% plus I believe free shipping and the rewards program offers I think it’s 10% back on all purchases. Make sure to have a payment method saved and your shipping info saved, also if you have Face ID I’d suggest setting it up for logging in. Third step - find Optic basketball (megas and blasters should be on there). NOTE: if it’s not in stock it will say “this item cannot be shipped to your zip code” IGNORE should see a slider that you can move that says “notify me when item is back in stock” set that to on, and do it for any product you’re wanting to get. Fourth step - be sure notifications are turned on for the Target app that way when it goes to notify you it will pop up, I haven’t noticed it making a sound although I keep my phone on silent and not sure if it vibrates but either way it will have a pop up notification that says something like “act fast, Donruss Optic basketball blasters are back in stock”.. this pops up you will need to click on it ASAP, you will then click “ship it”.. likely it will say “busier than expected”... Fifth step - keep hitting ok, and then ship it, this DOES NOT always work as it depends on how much inventory they release at that time, how quickly you hit the notification AND HOW FAST YOUR INTERNET SPEED IS! I noticed that when I am at home on FioS i was able to get the orders I have, but when I’ve tried out on regular cell service I wasn’t able to get it to work. Sixth step - IF you have been successful and it has added to your cart, GO TO YOUR CART and change the quantity you want, Max is 6 on mega boxes and 10 on NOT try to go back and keep hitting ship it if it has added to your cart! Seventh step - go through the checkout process and you’ll get an email confirming your order, it’ll give you an estimated delivery date etc Eighth step - IMPORTANT - IF YOU WANT TO GET NOTIFIED TO BUY MORE YOU MUST GO BACK IN AND SELECT IT TO NOTIFY YOU WHEN IT IS BACK IN STOCK - YOU MUST DO THIS EVEN IF YOU MISS OUT ON THE PRODUCT OR IT WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU AGAIN, CHECK OFTEN TO SEE IF YOUR NOTIFICATION IS STILL SET TO ON IN CASE YOU MISSED THE ALERT FROM PREVIOUS AND DIDNT NOTICE IT IN YOUR NOTIFICATIONS - IF IT NOTIFIES YOU WHETHER YOU CLICK ON IT OR NOT IT RESETS TO WHERE IT WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU Ninth step - sit and wait for UPS - product originated from Iowa so that’ll give ya an idea of how long it will take for UPS to deliver to you get the product rip the hell out of it, hit some awesome cards and share with all of us your success here on Reddit.... First lol. I’d recommend learning the basics and thinking about what spells you really like and want to use before committing to any breakthroughs. You only have so many action slots(unless you’re cheesing it with a mod on pc)and rune magic tends to focus on very different damage types than sigil & spellblade damage. A lot of people who go for a generalist “gotta learn em all” mage wind up not really being able to do good damage with anything in particular, so they start kiting and take sigils off their hotbar, then they wind up mainly using runic mine because it synergizes well with a kiting style, and then they wind up blaming the game for making magic “boring”, because they envisioned some ultimate archmagus but wound up spread too thin to be especially good at anything. Pyro mages are really awesome and have a lot of quirky underrated potential, immolation keeps fireballs relevant and many common tools are deadly in their hands- flint and steel creates a circle of flame around you and you can protect yourself with mana ward, throwing hand crafted lanterns(2x iron scrap 1 cloth 1 oil) are basically mana free D&D style explosive aoe fireballs, and the early game flamethrower spell can scale very impressively when stacked with immolation, fire mastery and elemental vulnerability. Rune magic is awesome and versatile, mainly dealing ethereal and lightning damage with a bit of decay potential. If you feel mine kiting is the only thing it’s good for check out the rune armor sold in Berg, the same town that teaches rune magic. Shaman is a really good supplement for any sort of mage and guns trigger off the wind sigil so gun mages are a very strong option if you want something different. Hope this helps!

So why is it the opposite in the United States? I believe a great deal of corporate/government corruption has a hand in this. The corporate greed is the main reason our healthcare system is not guaranteed to everyone. The managed care and insurance companies, for example, have made contributions to PAC's totaling more than $48. 9 million since 1989. These were directly used to get many politicians to side with a privatized Healthcare system, and the insurance industry championed a deregulated health care system, and soon they were able to get there way in the form of the "Affordable care act", which let insurance and manged care companies dictate the prices of life saving medical procedures and medicines, among many other things it gave them full reign on other issues within the act. This has caused a total of 40, 000 to 50, 000 deaths a year from lack of health insurance and 500, 000 people go into debt a year due to lack of coverage, that would have been other wise ensured with a medicare for all single payer system. Ending this I would like to say that, there is still a hope for us. Under Bernie Sanders plan we will pay less than we do now in taxes and it will eliminate co pays deductibles and other greedy third party tricks, and it can all be achieved very soon, for more info check the links bellow.
